DESCRIPTION:The Boston Southwest Association of The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts invites all pastors and lay members to attend our Annual Spring Meeting on Saturday\, April 12\, 2025\, at 9:30 AM at Concord Baptist Church of Boston\, located at 180 Blue Hill Ave\, Milton\, MA 02186. \nThis meeting will include the annual election of Association officers. We encourage all members in good standing with their local church to consider serving in a leadership role. \nNomination & Election Process\nThe nomination and election process follows our Association by-laws. To be considered for office\, nominees must complete the following steps: \n\nComplete a Qualification Form (read more)\nSubmit the completed form to the Chair of the Nominations Committee no later than Friday\, March 28\, 2025\, at 11:59 PM.\n\nElection Timeline\n\nFriday\, March 28\, 2025 – Deadline for nomination submissions.\nWednesday\, April 9\, 2025 – Review of nominations and establishment of the candidate slate.\nSaturday\, April 12\, 2025 – Presentation of candidates and election during the Annual Spring Meeting.\n\nWe encourage all members to participate in this important process as we continue our mission and service together. \nFor questions or further details\, please contact the Boston Southwest Association Nominations Committee at deegantt4@gmail.com. \nWe look forward to your presence and participation!
