Annual Spring Association Meeting & Election of Officers

The Boston Southwest Association of The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts invites all pastors and lay members to attend our Annual Spring Meeting on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 9:30 AM at Concord Baptist Church of Boston, located at 180 Blue Hill Ave, Milton, MA 02186.
This meeting will include the annual election of Association officers. We encourage all members in good standing with their local church to consider serving in a leadership role.
Nomination & Election Process
The nomination and election process follows our Association by-laws. To be considered for office, nominees must complete the following steps:
- Complete a Qualification Form (read more)
- Submit the completed form to the Chair of the Nominations Committee no later than Friday, March 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Election Timeline
- Friday, March 28, 2025 – Deadline for nomination submissions.
- Wednesday, April 9, 2025 – Review of nominations and establishment of the candidate slate.
- Saturday, April 12, 2025 – Presentation of candidates and election during the Annual Spring Meeting.
